Don’t Miss Yard Waste Pick Up Day

Spring Clean Up Made Easy!

Landscaping Tips To Get Your Yard Summer Ready

As we move into summer, we all come out of hibernation and begin to spruce up our yards, the annual challenge comes to what we do with all that yard waste. You know, the bushes, tree branches, grass, dead sod, and weeds. Usually, we can’t add them to the weekly Waste Management pile on the curb, but it’s a pain and expensive to take them to the dump. If you’ve had that pile of brush laying around, the neighborhood is sponsoring a Spring Yard Waste Pick Up Day, and it’s your chance to get rid of all of your yard junk quickly.

On Friday, June 4th, Waste Management will provide a one-time spring yard waste pick-up. You can set your branches, brush, and weeds on the curb, and they’ll pick it up for you. Load up and clean up your yard. They’ll take up to ten bags of yard waste and four bundles of branches. I know there are a few branches around with all of the heavy spring snow we had.

Just throw all of your weeds, grass, mulch, and any other waste in a trash bag or ten and cut your branches in bundles no longer than 4 feet.

Mark your calendar for Friday, June 4th as The Spring Yard Waste Pick Up Day, and then get to work on your yard. It’s the easiest, most convenient way to get your yard looking pristine for summer.
