As a new resident of Harris Grove, Suncatcher, Feathergrass, Morgans Run, Patina, Briscoe Ranch, Morningview, Weathervane, Watercolor, Fuller Bluff, Sweetwood, Plainsong and many of the future neighborhoods in The Meadows, you and your neighbors are a part of a unique homeowners association called The Meadows Neighborhood Company. Commonly known as "Neighborhood Company," it revolves around you, your community and your neighbors.

Through the Neighborhood Company, homeowners will also share in the safekeeping of their beautiful community, from wide-open spaces and meandering trails to distinct neighborhoods and The Grange - the community's cultural arts center and outdoor pool facility.
